Meltwater is looking for a Client Support Specialist to manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients in a hybrid Mexico City setting. You will collaborate with the Program Manager and Sales to fulfill customer requirements and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Idóneo candidates have a minimum of 3 years in B2B SaaS support, strong English, and experience with large-scale enterprise implementations. Office presence is required 3 days a week at Lago Alberto Street.
