Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the AMS Microsoft business plan aligned to HPE Compute, Hybrid Cloud, and Worldwide Microsoft Alliance objectives.
- Translate global Azure Local and Microsoft go-to-market priorities into regional execution plans and geo-level actions.
- Drive quarterly and annual business performance reviews across AMS geographies.
- Establish and maintain a predictable operating rhythm across regional stakeholders.
Business Growth & Pipeline Management
- Lead regional pipeline strategy and execution for Azure Local, Windows Server, and related Microsoft solutions.
- Monitor regional pipeline health, forecast accuracy, opportunity progression, and revenue attainment.
- Drive corrective actions when performance gaps, coverage issues, or execution risks emerge.
- Support strategic opportunities and executive-level deal escalations.
Partner Ecosystem Development
- Oversee regional engagement with distributors, strategic partners, and Microsoft ecosystem partners.
- Drive recruitment, activation, and performance of Elite and strategic partners.
- Ensure consistent execution of partner programs, incentives, workshops, and field enablement initiatives.
- Guide investment decisions related to MDF, JMA, POC funding, and partner acceleration activities.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Coordinate activities across geo BDMs, Azure Local Solution Experts, sales, channel, marketing, product management, and Microsoft field organizations.
- Align regional priorities with Worldwide Alliance leadership and business units.
- Facilitate executive reviews, QBRs, pipeline reviews, governance forums, and operational checkpoints.
- Escalate and resolve issues related to pricing, funding, reporting, technical resources, and operational execution.
Governance & Operational Excellence
- Own regional scorecard management,
KPI reporting, and executive business reviews.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of geo-level reporting and business insights.
- Drive accountability for pipeline management, partner engagement, POC progression, and customer success outcomes.
- Assess regional resource coverage and recommend organizational changes to optimize business performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Azure Local pipeline and revenue attainment versus regional targets.
- Forecast accuracy and pipeline conversion performance.
- Regional scorecard completion, quality, and on-time reporting.
- Partner recruitment, activation, and program adoption.
- POC progression and conversion rates.
- QBR and governance cadence execution.
- Escalation resolution effectiveness and cycle time.
- Customer success stories, references, and win documentation generated across the region.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below.
Presente offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 119,500 - 275,000 in Texas The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
