State Street seeks a Head of Latin America & Caribbean Payroll, Vice President, to lead regional payroll operations for Cayman Islands, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. You will drive end-to-end payroll delivery, strengthen control environments, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external providers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 10–15 years of leadership in multi-country LATAM payroll, with fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is strongly preferred.
