Job Overview
This role serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to drive talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement.
The adecuado candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, balancing strategic HR initiatives with the day-to-day needs of a growing operation.
What your background should look like:
- Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR leadership role.
- Strong manufacturing industry experience supporting medium to large-scale operations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
- Background in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor relations within Mexico.
- Experience working in unionized environments is highly desirable.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence,
and relationship‑building capabilities.
