REQUISITOS

Ingeniería industrial, ambiental Químico o especialidad afín.

CONOCIMIENTOS

- Supervisión de trabajos de alto riesgo
- Conocimiento de la normatividad de seguridad y medio ambiente (leyes generales, federales, reglamentos, normas oficiales mexicanas aplicables a la industria minera).
- Conocimiento de inspecciones de entidades gubernamentales como STPS, SSA, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, CONAGUA, IMADES, COFEPRIS/COESPRIS, etc.
- Conocimiento sólido en el manejo de residuos sólidos urbanos manejo especial y peligrosos.
- Conocimientos de ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
- Conocimientos de seguridad, salud ocupacional y cuidado del medio ambiente.
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en posiciones similares.

ACTIVIDADES

- Liderar la gestión de riesgos operativos durante sus actividades de campo.
- Actualizar el sistema de documentos del área HSEQ
- Verificar en campo el cumplimiento de controles operativos en seguridad, salud, medio ambiente y calidad.
- Ejecutar auditorías e inspecciones periódicas en materia de Seguridad, Salud e Higiene en el Trabajo a Impala y sus empresas contratista
- Seguimiento y cierre de no conformidades del sistema de gestión HSEQ.
- Supervisión de los permisos de trabajos que se requieran
- Supervisar los controles implementados para aspectos ambientales (residuos, emisiones, derrames) y registros asociados.
- Capacitación HSEQ
- Ejecutar programas de comunicación preventiva
- Soportar y participar en la investigación de los incidentes, incidentes peligrosos, accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades en el Trabajo
