By joining the Project Execution Structuring team, you will be an engineer that transforms customer requirements into the Bill of Materials (BOM) for Generator Technology. You will be at the intersection of engineering, systems, quality, and process improvement, while contributing to the successful execution of real customer projects.

- Supports projects concerning Generator technology Bill of Material creation.
- Contributes to quality, standardization, and system integration activities.
- Works to meet key KPIs such as: Say/Do Ratio, Quality Checks, Standard work creation and key team general metrics.
- Build expertise quickly in technical product data, systems, and Configuration Management.
- Executes Bill of Material Tasks for Generator Technology.
- Collaborate with our Global Technical Leaders and Senior Engineers by supporting 1 or 2 initiatives to improve Operational KPIs and achieve Priorities and Breakthrough objectives (Quality, On Time Delivery, Versatility, etc.).
- Recommend tool enhancements (PALM deployment projects).
- Implement and lead the solution of technical problems.
- Embrace innovation through AI solutions to the team.





Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Aeronautic Manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
- Bill of Materials execution, change management, ERP process knowledge.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
