Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 1. Develop and execute logistics strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, and customer requirements.
2. 2. Manage inbound and outbound transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.
3. 3. Monitor logistics KPIs, including transportation cost, delivery performance, and logistics productivity.
4. 4. Lead logistics projects focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
5. 5. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
6. 6. Develop annual logistics budgets and monitor spending against targets.
7. 7. Lead, coach, and develop logistics personnel to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
8. 8.Support digital transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimization of logistics systems and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external logistics providers. Strong knowledge of transportation networks, Customs Agents and import/export operations. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

- APICS CPIM certification
- Experience with World Class Manufacturing concepts

- Demonstrated lean and continuous improvement experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
