Johnson Controls seeks a Sustaining Engineer to lead on the production floor, drive product lifecycle support from launch to end-of-life, and implement changes that enhance reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance across HVAC and pressure vessel products.
You will partner with Product, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and General Engineering teams to deliver data-driven improvements, validate changes, and maintain rigorous documentation and traceability on a fast-moving shop floor.
