Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused Suite Service Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our in-room dining and suite service team. This role assists in leading service standards, driving guest satisfaction, coaching associates, and ensuring the efficient delivery of food and beverage experiences while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the management of daily suite service and in-room dining operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with service, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve service opportunities.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and cost management initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with culinary, stewarding, and front office teams.

Qualifications:
• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for guest service and attention to detail.




• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Versátil availability, including weekends and holidays.
