Role Overview
We are looking for an organized Construction Project Coordinator based in Latin America (LatAm) with excellent English proficiency and a neutral accent to coordinate project administration and assist our Project Managers. Serving as the primary first point of contact for incoming quote requests and job awards, this role spends approximately 50% of the time on client-facing calls to confirm the full scope of work for our projects and pass details along to the Project Manager. Additional duties include supporting Project Managers with project tracking, compliance documentation, drafting correspondence, managing files, and creating reports, and other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service:
Serve as the primary first point of contact when a customer reaches out, spending approximately 50% of your time on client-facing calls to confirm the complete scope of the request for quote and approved construction projects and seamlessly pass all details along to the Project Manager.
• Project Administration: Review and validate project file documentation, ensure all client requirements are strictly followed, and assist Project Managers with the initial project administrative setup.
• Audit & Compliance: Complete and meticulously review job file documentation for final upload and the internal audit process. Ensure required forms are completed and executed by the customer/client.
• Financial Tracking: Prepare purchase orders for Project Manager approval, help track schedules and budgets, and validate completed purchase order documentation while meeting strict deadlines.
