Emma Sleep is seeking a Senior Category Manager for the Americas to own the product portfolio across markets in the region. You will translate global strategy into local execution, align with country needs, and drive successful launches while monitoring performance and learning from outcomes.
You will work with general and regional teams to optimize assortment, pricing, and channel mix, supporting growth in a fast-paced DTC environment. Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
