About the role
Wedded Wonderland creates destination weddings, honeymoons and milestone celebrations for couples around the world. We are inviting experienced travel advisors in Mexico to join us as Wonderland Advisors: independent partners who look after our clients' travel and celebrations.

What you'll look after
Our clients. Couples and families who come to Wedded Wonderland through our brand, our events and our venue and planner partners.

The whole celebration. The couple's honeymoon, and the family and friends who travel to celebrate with them.

Journeys built for each client. Custom luxury journeys and travel packages, designed with our product team, our travel and business suppliers and our destination management companies (DMCs).

Our collection. Hotels, villas, venues, experiences and celebration partners across our product range.

Your own business, on your own schedule.

What we're looking for
Experience as a travel advisor or consultant, with a premium clientele

A warm, considered way with clients, in person and on WhatsApp, email and phone

Knowledge of Mexico and the wider region

The independence to run your own business

Nice to have
Destination weddings, honeymoons or group travel

Spanish and English

Relationships with hotels, venues or suppliers in Mexico

A background in luxury concierge, luxury brands, or media, PR or destination tourism agencies

Requirements
Requirements Proven experience in community management or similar roles, preferably in the luxury events, travel, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and ask challenging questions. Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling. A proactive, outspoken personality who thrives on facilitating meaningful connections and conversations. Ability to handle feedback constructively and not shy away from difficult or critical discussions. Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and digital community tools.
