This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver marketing programs that support JLL's business lines and commercial objectives.
You'll work closely with the local field marketing team, business leaders, sales teams, and integral marketing functions to develop and implement local marketing initiatives that generate demand, strengthen client relationships, and enhance JLL's market position.
With a focus on communications and event execution, this position requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into compelling experiences and messaging that deliver measurable results.

Develop and execute field marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities, working closely with Head of Mexico Field Marketing, business line leaders, and sales teamsDevelop proactive communications strategies and messaging that support field marketing initiatives, collaborating with content teams to maximize impactWork closely with the CEO and Mexico leadership to proactively manage media opportunities,



speaking engagements, and executive profile developmentLead the planning, execution, and management of events, podcasts, seminars, workshops, and experiential marketing programs that drive engagementNegotiate with vendors and event representatives to secure optimal terms and maximize benefits for sponsored eventsTrack and report on event and communications performance, translating insights into optimized marketing tactics and clear ROI demonstrationsBuild relationships with internal stakeholders across business lines, acting as a trusted marketing advisor for events and communicationsDesired Experience and Technical Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field3-6 years of relevant marketing experience; professional services or commercial real estate industry experience strongly preferredDemonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, campaign development, and program executionStrong event management experience with proven ability to execute client-facing programsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling messagingStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExperience working collaboratively with business leaders and sales teamsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendationsProven ability to work effectively with C-suite executives, demonstrating discretion and professionalismPreferred:Knowledge of the Mexico commercial real estate market and competitive landscapeExperience managing vendor relationships including PR agencies and event production servicesUnderstanding of media relations, press strategy,
