Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Excel intermediate - advanced.
English - intermediate.2 - 3 years of experience in related areas, working in invoicing, AR, AP, collection or controlling.
Experience in logistics, transport or automotive industry (desirable)Main Responsibilities Manage the billing process, including invoice receipt, validation, processing, and accounting registration.
Review and process invoices through different systems and platforms,
ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the relevant areas.
Review and reconcile supplier statements, following up on inquiries and resolving outstanding issues.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies throughout the billing process.
Support internal and external audits by providing the required financial information and documentation, and prepare month-end provisions.
