About the JobWe are seeking an experienced BPO Trainer to support inbound operations.
This role requires a strong background in training within a BPO environment, with solid understanding of inbound accounts and learning methodologies.
The ideal candidate is hands‐on, operationally aware, and able to deliver effective training aligned with business goals.ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and/or virtual training for inbound customer support agents.Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs within a BPO environment.Ensure agents are fully prepared to handle inbound accounts effectively.Adapt training content to meet operational needs and performance standards.Collaborate with operations and leadership to align training with business objectives.Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.Qualifications3+ years of experience in a training role.Strong BPO background,
