In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Ensure tax compliance for U.S. GAAP purposesEnsure tax compliance for Mexican GAAP purposesPrepare federal and local tax returns and submit them on timePrepare the annual transfer pricing analysisCoordinate the annual IMSS and local tax audit opinion together with the HR teamCoordinate the annual tax audit opinion in partnership with the Finance teamAttend tax, social security, and local authority reviewsReport tax matters to Corporate following Emerson's policies and proceduresEnsure proper tax accounting processes and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with REPSE, Condusef, and CNBV obligations (according to assigned entities)Prepare VAT refund requests for assigned entitiesPrepare monthly and quarterly tax reportsWho You Are:You communicate clearly and professionally while building strong relationships across teams.You work collaboratively and value diverse perspectives to reach the best outcomes.You stay focused on achieving results, managing your time effectively, and organizing your work to meet commitments.You maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy even when handling multiple deadlines.For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in AccountingExperience as a Senior Tax Analyst (minimum 3 years)
