The role oversees all store operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance, with close partnership to Corporate Retail Operations to ensure SOP adherence.Key duties include leading cycle counts, stock adjustments, and back-of-house efficiency; coordinating schedules with the GM/AGM; and training staff on operational policies.
Luxury experience required.
