We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.Dispatcher - Cargo Van/Sprinter Van for USA Trucking CompanyPaid training providedResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor the movement of cargo vans, box trucks, and sprinter vans across multiple US routes.Maintain communication with brokers and driversBook and assign loads, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.Track shipments and resolve any operational issues in real-time.Maintain accurate documentation of loads, schedules,



and delivery statuses.The process also involves a sales aspectRequirementsEnglish — both written and spoken (must be confident in professional communication).
Experience in trucking dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics operations is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, dispatch software experience is a plus).
