Strong analytical and problem-solving skills2.
Good knowledge as user of CAD software (AutoCad, Inventor, SolidWorks) and MS Office/365 package3.
Good ground on the fundamentals of balance mass, P&ID;, process flow diagrams, heat transfer, thermal processing and physical parameters of food stuff4.
Strong communication skills, able to communicate in a clear way technical concepts to a non-expert group in food processing5.
