responsibilities

- provide technical leadership for daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, compliance, and efficiency metrics are achieved
- supervise production associates and coordinate with support functions to meet business unit goals and schedules
- drive lean manufacturing initiatives, including line balancing, inventory reduction, and continuous improvement efforts
- ensure adherence to environmental, health and safety policies and support related programs
- develop employees,



mentor talent, and support labor issue resolution in coordination with hr

requirements

- knowledge of quality system requirements and compliance standards
- basic understanding of lean manufacturing, quality control, and production control
- working proficiency with microsoft office and erp systems
- strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication in english and spanish preferred
- basic knowledge of mexican labor regulations and ehs requirements
