- develop monitoring plans and oversight tools to ensure study integrity and quality
- train and mentor clinical research associates to optimize performance and capability
- drive enrollment activities and lead study start-up execution within timelines
- review monitoring reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans

requirements





- minimum 4+ years clinical trial management experience at cro or pharmaceutical organization
- bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
- at least 10+ years relevant clinical trial management experience
- demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and develop teams
- willingness to travel approximately 25% as required
- preferred: 2+ years monitoring experience
- preferred: experience managing complex protocols (mash/nash, radiopharmaceutical, or specialized therapeutic areas)
