requirements
- 6–8 years hr experience or bachelor's degree plus 8 years comprehensive hr experience
- demonstrated success as hr business partner in integral environment
- fluent in english
- experience with organizational design, change management, and talent development
- advanced knowledge of performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition
- strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- knowledge of employment laws, hr compliance, and hr systems proficiency
