Lever, Inc. is seeking a Lead QA Engineer (AI Native) based in Mexico to own the quality strategy for a complex AI-driven product.
You will design end-to-end testing, automate UI tests across browsers and devices, and integrate AI-testing tools into CI/CD.You will work in a small, senior team with substantial autonomy, focusing on reliability of critical financial workflows and production gates.
This role is fully remote.
