Flex is seeking a Maintenance Automation Engineer based in Guadalajara to support automated lines and collaborate on automation-sustaining activities.
You will troubleshoot equipment, lead CAPA actions, and drive improvements to equipment uptime and process reliability.Requires hands-on PLC programming, robotics, HMI/SCADA, and strong maintenance experience in high‐volume manufacturing.
Travel to other Flex sites or suppliers may be required.
