About the RoleThe Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and measuring learning and performance solutions that build capabilities, improve learner outcomes, and drive meaningful business results across University of Farmers.This role owns learning solutions end to end — from needs analysis and consultation through design, development, launch, and evaluation. You will partner closely with business leaders, line-of-business representatives, trainers, and subject matter experts to understand business challenges and translate them into effective learning experiences.Solutions may include instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, video, interactive digital experiences, job aids, performance support, coaching materials, and content delivered through learning platforms and technologies.The adecuado candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with consulting skills, creativity, visual and digital design capabilities, and a strong understanding of how learning can influence business performance.What You’ll DoConduct learning and performance needs analyses for new and existing programs, identifying capability gaps and opportunities for improvementDesign and develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned with business objectives and learner needsDevelop training curricula, certificate programs, instructor-led materials, virtual learning, e-learning, job aids, coaching resources, and performance support toolsApply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and innovative learning techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiencesCreate storyboards, learning journeys, course materials, interactive experiences, and digital learning contentUse tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing platforms, and AI-powered video tools to develop learning experiencesRecommend the most appropriate learning format, technology,



and delivery approach based on the audience, business need, and desired outcomeResearch emerging learning technologies, instructional design practices, and industry trends to continuously improve learning solutionsPartner with business leaders, school leads, subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to understand business challenges and design effective solutionsLead consultations and business meetings to identify learning opportunities and recommend solutions that support business objectivesAnalyze learner outcomes and business results to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend modifications to learning solutionsSupport trainers and facilitators with learning materials, measurement approaches, facilitation resources, and evaluation activitiesEvaluate the effectiveness of complex learning solutions and use findings to improve future programsEstablish measurement approaches to track learner success, learning effectiveness, and business results generated by learning initiativesCollaborate with learning, performance, technology, and business teams to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational prioritiesDevelop recommendations based on data, learner feedback, business performance, and evaluation findingsStay current with trends in instructional design, learning technology, adult learning, digital learning, and emerging AI capabilitiesContribute to continuous improvement of learning design standards, processes, tools, and best practicesRequirementsYears of professional experience, with at least 3 years in instructional design, learning experience design, educational content development, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Design, Technology, Communication, or a related field preferredFluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholdersDemonstrated experience designing scalable learning solutions across classroom, virtual,
