Customer Sales Representative – Telemedicine (Part-Time) About Zappy Zappy is a modern BPO partner supporting high-growth healthcare and telemedicine practices.We provide skilled sales and operational professionals who integrate seamlessly into our clients’ teams.We are currently hiring on behalf of a cash-based telemedicine medical practice specializing in hormone health, medical weight loss, and longevity optimization.The patient population is primarily women.Position Overview We are seeking a confident, results-driven Customer Sales Representative to conduct scheduled 15-minute discovery calls with prospective patients.This role is critical to practice growth.Your primary objective is to convert qualified prospects into booked initial consultations with a medical provider.This is a part-time role based on appointment volume/bookings.Fluent, natural-sounding English is required.The candidate must sound credible, professional, and fully integrated with the practice.Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled 15-minute discovery calls with prospective patients Build rapport quickly and create a warm, trustworthy experience Identify patient concerns, goals, and readiness Clearly explain the practice model, assessment process,
