Job DescriptionWe're looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Juárez, Mexico. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance standardsConduct comprehensive process analysis using advanced methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and supply chain to ensure seamless process execution and continuous enhancementApply problem-solving techniques (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin) to investigate root causes and develop sustainable solutions for manufacturing challengesDevelop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures that reflect best practices and regulatory requirementsMonitor production metrics and key performance indicators, analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and support goal achievementLead or participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance operational performanceCoordinate with equipment vendors and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtimeSupport new product launches by developing manufacturing strategies, production plans, and resource requirements aligned with customer specificationsMaintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers to understand requirements, address concerns, and build collaborative relationshipsStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies,



and manufacturing innovations to keep our processes competitive and forward-thinkingQualificationsSubstantial knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and production systems with proven experience in a manufacturing environmentProficiency with manufacturing engineering tools and methodologies Strong expertise in problem-solving methods such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, 5Why analysis, 6Sigma, and Shainin techniquesSolid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement frameworksProficiency with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing planning toolsExcellent analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to use inductive and deductive reasoningStrong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different departments and regionsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse teams and cultures (intercultural competencies)High level of intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to identify, analyze, and solve complex manufacturing challengesProject management capabilities with experience leading or supporting process improvement initiativesKnowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance requirements relevant to manufacturing operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis and reporting toolsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)Bilingual capability in Spanish and English is preferred for this location-based roleDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in manufacturing engineering
