Position: Destination Wedding Travel Specialist (Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Destination Wedding Travel Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico. As a Destination Wedding Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating customized travel packages for our clients' destination weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their wedding vision and travel preferences

Research and recommend suitable destinations, resorts, and activities for clients' weddings

Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for clients

Create personalized itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities

Manage all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and documentation





Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process and during their trip

Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of clients' weddings

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a focus on destination weddings

Extensive knowledge of popular wedding destinations, resorts, and activities

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Proficient in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player

Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients

Contract Details:
