Bilingual Administrative Assistant A leading Japanese healthcare corporation is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support its daily office operations and contribute to a professional and efficient work environment. This position is idóneo for a proactive, service-oriented professional who enjoys working in an international environment and has a strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and customer service.
Main Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, reception area, and incoming telephone calls
Review and validate Concur expense reports according to the company's Travel and Entertainment Policy
Verify employee expense documentation, including invoices and American Express statements, and provide accurate information to the Accounting Department
Maintain control and follow-up of employee expense reports in accordance with internal procedures
Prepare and submit verified documentation required for monthly financial closing processes
Welcome and assist visitors,



ensuring a professional and comfortable experience for guests
Coordinate visitor appointments and incoming calls to ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel
Manage the purchase and inventory of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
Communicate with employees to identify office supply requirements and ensure availability
Organize pantry and refreshment purchases based on training sessions, meetings, and visitor schedules
