In a fast-paced recruiting environment, you adapt quickly to shifting priorities and candidate needs, while keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring timely updates.
Currently an active student in their 6th or 7th semester pursuing a Bachelor's in Administration, Talent Development, Psychology, Business, or any related subject area.
Advanced level in speaking and writing English.
Can be onsite in our Monterrey Office.
Past HR or recruiting internship experience.
Support qualify inbound applicants by thoroughly understanding our jobs.
Tag candidates appropriately in our Applicant Tracking System.
Partner strategically with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires.
Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results
