What you’ll do

This is a highly hands-on Paid Media role. You will work directly inside the advertising platforms every day—building and launching campaigns, uploading creatives and copy, checking tracking, monitoring performance, and making optimizations.
This is not a strategy-only, coordination, or people-management position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys executing the work themselves and taking direct ownership of campaigns from setup through ongoing optimization.
You’ll manage campaigns across multiple platforms and markets while using AI as a core part of your workflow. You’ll be operating within one of Latin America’s fastest-growing companies, as ranked by the Financial Times,



on a team that is actively building AI-native workflows into everything we do.
Your work will directly impact how Clara grows across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia—and you’ll help define what AI-augmented Paid Media execution looks like at scale.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Launch, monitor and quality assurance of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Set up tracking and attribution according to internal guidelines — including AI-assisted tagging validation and anomaly detection.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: generating ad copy variants, summarizing performance data, building audience hypotheses, and drafting creative briefs.
- Conduct keyword and audience research using both native platform tools and AI-powered research assistants (e.g. Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, custom GPTs).
- Support in A/B tests and make regular optimizations — using AI
