Treasury Specialist
Juriquilla, Querétaro, Mexico | Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
We're supporting the continued growth of a general Shared Service Centre based in Juriquilla, Querétaro, and we're looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist to join the team.
This role sits within a centralised finance function supporting treasury operations across multiple countries, currencies, banking partners, and legal entities. It's a position that combines treasury expertise, strong controls, stakeholder management, and process improvement within a multinational Shared Service Centre environment.
If you've worked in an SSC before, you'll know that treasury isn't just about processing transactions. It's about ensuring cash movements are accurately recorded, controls are robust, reconciliations are completed on time, and stakeholders across the business have confidence in the numbers.
The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting treasury operations across the EMEA region, partnering with finance teams,
banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day treasury activities.
This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership. You'll be trusted to investigate issues, improve processes, strengthen controls and help drive consistency across the Shared Service Centre.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Manage treasury activities across multiple entities and currencies
- Oversee daily banking transactions, cash movements and payment allocation activities
- Perform and review bank reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly
- Support month-end and year-end treasury activities
- Maintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits by providing treasury-related information and documentation
