Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a comparable qualification Min. 5 years of professional experience preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment Proven experience in leading HR initiatives and managing teams in a plant or production setting Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with HRIS Systems Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict- resolution skills Experience supporting employee engagement, organizational change, and culture building initiatives We offer:
