We are looking for a
Lead AI/ML Developer
to deliver an AI-driven post-call compliance review using LLM reasoning over call transcripts. You will shape NLP/GenAI pipelines, agentic prompt/workflow patterns, and robust evaluation while integrating securely on AWS.
Architect and implement LLM/NLP pipelines for transcript analysis, compliance checks, and generating scores with rationales Develop automated evaluation frameworks for quality, hallucination risk, and consistency, then iterate rapidly based on results Establish secure AWS-based deployments with logging, monitoring, and governance-friendly workflows Partner with stakeholders to translate compliance rubrics into clear, actionable model behaviors Proven track record with 5+ years of software development focused on AI/ML solutions Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)



High proficiency in Python for building and iterating AI workflows Hands-on knowledge of AWS AI/ML Services for production integrations Solid background in MLOps practices for deploying and operating models Working familiarity with Microsoft Azure English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and AWS Lambda Experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex for AI/agentic workflows Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases (OpenSearch / pgvector), and Prompt Engineering Experience in LLM Evaluation (RAGAS / DeepEval) and PII Redaction Familiarity with Amazon Transcribe and Life Sciences / GxP Compliance
