Flex in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking an Operations supervisor to lead production staff, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure cost, quality and delivery targets are met.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise SMT and Structural Assembly processes, drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and coordinate with procurement, engineering and safety.
You’ll develop training programs, track performance, and help prepare budgets for the unit.
