About the role
The Supply Planning Manager will play a critical role in ensuring manufacturing continuity by developing and executing mid to long-term supply plans aligned with customer demand and business objectives. This role will support factory operations through effective production planning, inventory optimization,
and capacity management while collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads in the development of strategies for supply planning within the Commercial SIOP team.
- Performs scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis to support supply and demand shifts, new product introductions, and product lifecycle transitions.
- Lead proactive identification and resolution of long-range supply chain risks including labor, material, and equipment constraints.
- Spearheads the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
- Analyzes identified supply streams and leads in the establishment of data relationship linkages.
