? About the Role

Our client is looking for a high-energy, tech-comfortable Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary bridge between customers and the outside sales team.
This is a fast-paced,



multi-system role focused on inbound scheduling, live customer intake, rapid lead response, and sales coordination. You will be expected to manage calls, texts, emails, calendars, and customer information while simultaneously working across 4–5 software platforms.

The idóneo candidate is a self-starter who can think on their feet, handle high call volumes without losing composure, and quickly learn new tools and workflows without needing step-by-step handholding. Most importantly, you should be able to provide a warm, empathetic, and professional customer experience while keeping every detail accurate.
