Role Description This is a full-time remote Consultant role focused on improving financial performance for clients in the financial services sector. The Consultant will analyze financial products, portfolios, and business processes to identify performance drivers and value-creation opportunities. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, developing structured recommendations, building financial models, and preparing clear client-facing reports and presentations.



The Consultant will collaborate with client stakeholders to design and implement performance improvement initiatives, track results, and refine strategies over time. The role also involves contributing to internal methodologies, documenting best practices, and supporting business development activities such as proposal input and thought leadership content.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of financial products and services (e.g., loans, deposits, investment products, risk and capital frameworks) and how they drive profitability.
• Consulting-oriented skills such as problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and solution design for complex client challenges.
• Client-facing skills including clear written and verbal communication, presentation development, and the ability to explain technical concepts to
