The role is responsible for thoroughly understanding clients' needs and defining the most appropriate solution to meet their expectations. The position participates in the planning and development of proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and with the engineering, procurement, and logistics areas to obtain accurate and up-to-date information. It also contributes to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, conducts financial analyses and risk assessments, participates in client discussions, and follows up on issued quotations, while driving the continuous improvement of the proposal development process.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Analyze the client's requirements to ensure a clear understanding of the needs to be addressed and determine the most appropriate solution; define the overall plan for proposal preparation, estimate the time required to complete the quotation, and develop a tentative schedule.
• Establish work teams to provide support during the proposal preparation phase when required; collaborate with the engineering,



procurement, and logistics departments to develop and obtain accurate and up-to-date information regarding the solution being offered to the client.
• Ensure that all relevant stakeholders remain engaged and informed throughout the proposal development process; coordinate with other department members and support areas to ensure compliance with deadlines and the delivery of quotations as agreed.
• Research and evaluate the costs of materials, equipment, and labor required for the project; request quotations from internal and external suppliers; perform solution pricing calculations, including the financial feasibility analysis of the proposal.
