We connect advertisers looking to promote their products with website owners, creators, and publishers who need effective ways to monetize their audience. To expand our footprint across Latin America, we are seeking an ambitious Regional Commercial Director who will join our team to accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem across the region.

What you'll do:
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth across Brazil, Mexico, and the wider LATAM region.
• Build a robust business pipeline, lead strategic negotiations, and personally close high-value commercial deals.
• Identify new market opportunities, launch products into target countries, and lead regional go-to-market initiatives.
• Establish and nurture long-term, C-level relationships with key agencies, publishers, technology platforms, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate closely with integral Business Units, Product, Marketing, Legal,



and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary commercial leader across LATAM, representing the company at industry events and expanding brand presence.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitive dynamics to recommend new expansion opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Lay the foundation for regional growth by recruiting local talent and fostering an entrepreneurial, high-performance team culture.

What we expect:
• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Leadership, Business Development, Country/Regional Management, or Strategic Partnerships with a proven LATAM track record.
• Strong commercial mindset with success in identifying opportunities, launching new markets/products, building strategic partnerships, and closing enterprise deals.
• Industry background in Performance Marketing, Affiliate, Digital Advertising, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, E-commerce, or the Creator
