We are looking for a Junior CRM Sales Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative individual who understands how to ensure the quality and availability of business information through database administration, statistical analysis, development project follow-up, and system testing. The position supports business decision-making by validating processes, documenting test results, and ensuring implemented solutions meet business requirements and established quality standards while providing effective support to internal stakeholders.

Educational requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Business,



Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
• Experience analyzing databases and generating statistical reports.
• Experience extracting, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience creating test matrices, use cases, and technical documentation.
• Experience executing and documenting end-to-end system testing.
• Experience providing support and follow-up to internal users or account executives.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Sabre.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
