THE ROLE
As a People Analyst,
you’ll be working in our headquarters and you’lll be essential in building and shaping the future of Indie Campers by identifying and hiring talented individuals who align with our company values and culture. Your contributions will directly impact our team's capacity to deliver exceptional service and innovation. By upholding high standards in recruitment, you help ensure that we attract the right talent to drive our mission forward.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across North America, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, speed, and quality.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, compensation changes, internal mobility, and compliance-related processes.
