Role: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: MX City, MX - Hybrid

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SRE / DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and applications. The adecuado candidate will have strong experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, automation, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated application build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Improve system performance, availability, scalability, and security.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Work closely with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.




• Support production releases and perform deployment and rollback activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Identify reliability risks and proactively implement preventive measures.

Required Skills
• Strong experience in Linux/Unix administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Strong knowledge of Git and source-code management.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with production troubleshooting and incident management.
• Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and access controls.
