Role Summary

We are seeking a Time Tracking Lead to own the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management/Time Tracking for a Mexican client. You will be the main functional authority for time-related processes, and will guide the team and the client through the full project lifecycle in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Time Tracking workstream, including planning, estimation, resourcing, and status reporting.
• Run workshops to capture requirements for work schedules, shift patterns, attendance, overtime, absences, and holiday calendars.
• Translate Mexican labor law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and any collective agreements into system rules. This includes overtime (double and triple), rest days, mandatory holidays, vacation entitlements, and night, mixed, and day shifts.
• Configure Time Tracking and Time Off: time types, time profiles, work schedules,



holiday calendars, accruals, time account types, absence rules, and approval workflows.
• Set up time recording through timesheets, clock-in/out, and integrations with time clocks or terminals.
• Design and build integrations from Time to Payroll and EC, and manage the data flow and error handling.
• Define the test strategy, lead the test cycles, and oversee UAT.
• Mentor junior consultants, review their deliverables, and manage client expectations on scope and timelines.
• Create documentation and training for HR admins, managers, and employees in Spanish and English.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors experience, with at least 3 years in Time Off and Time Tracking.
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations that included a Time Tracking component, and experience leading a workstream or small team.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central, since Time is tightly dependent on EC d
