The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness. This position will lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and problem-solving tools to optimize manufacturing processes and drive sustainable results.

Responsibilities• Identify and analyze opportunities for improvement within manufacturing processes.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Analyze process performance indicators and develop action plans to address areas of opportunity.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, and waste reduction.
• Identify and eliminate root causes of process issues using problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why's, Fishbone Diagram, and PDCA.
• Lead initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, rework, cycle time, and process variation.
• Develop,



implement, and maintain standardized work procedures and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Track project progress, measure results, and ensure improvements are sustained over time.
• Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective and improvement action plans.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status, results, and savings to management.

Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving
