Are you a proven sales leader in the electronic components distribution industry who knows how to build teams, drive revenue, and win business in highly competitive markets?
ASC General, an independent distributor of electronic components since 1996, is making a strategic leadership hire to support our expansion in Mexico.
This is not a role for someone transitioning from another industry. We are specifically seeking a leader with direct experience in electronic components distribution, independent distribution, or industrial brokerage.
What You'll Do✅ Build, lead, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team
✅ Drive new business development across OEM, EMS, and MRO accounts
✅ Own regional revenue growth and P&L; performance
✅ Coach and develop sales professionals into true hunters and brokers
✅ Lead strategic negotiations and key customer relationships
✅ Collaborate with global sourcing and purchasing teams
✅ Identify opportunities driven by shortages, allocations, and excess inventory




What We're Looking For✔ 5+ years of experience in electronic components distribution or industrial brokerage
✔ Proven success leading B2B sales teams (minimum 3 direct reports)
✔ Strong understanding of the global electronic components supply chain
✔ Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and managing profitability
✔ Advanced English (C1+) with daily interaction with global teams and customers
✔ Based in Guadalajara or willing to relocate for a fully on-site position
