As Head of Community Marketing for SSA (Spanish-speaking Americas), you will provide strategic, high-level oversight of all activities carried out by Theogames’ Community Marketing team across this territory.
Reporting directly to the agency’s Director of Regional Operations, you will be part of the broader executive management team, working in constant synergy with the Public Relations, Social Media, and Influencer Relations departments to ensure excellence in delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Design and oversee the implementation of macro Community Marketing strategies for SSA, ensuring full alignment with Theogames' and clients' general goals.
• Work in constant coordination with directors and leaders across relevant regional divisions (Press and Creators, Social Media, Influencer Marketing & Paid Media) to ensure strategic alignment and optimal performance in joint campaigns.
• Identify and implement industry best practices and technologies, ensuring optimal quality, innovation, and results from the entire team.
• Constantly evaluate, redefine, and refine engagement and growth processes and KPIs, proposing structural adjustments for approval by agency leadership.
