Job Title:SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant, Bilingual EN/ES

Role Summary

We are looking for an Employee Central Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors EC for a Mexican client. You will work directly with HR and business stakeholders in Spanish and coordinate with integral project teams in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and fit-gap sessions with client HR teams, in Spanish and English.
• Configure EC core modules: Foundation Objects, Position Management, Job and Employment Information, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF objects, and Role-Based Permissions.
• Configure the Mexico country-specific setup, including local fields and the data needed for IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT/CURP/RFC, and payroll integration.
• Design and execute data migration (templates, mapping, cleansing, loads, and validation).
• Support integrations (SuccessFactors to Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Onboarding,



and third-party systems) using Integration Center, SFAPI/OData, and Boomi/CPI.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials in both languages.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Advise on release management, including the quarterly SuccessFactors releases.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors EC implementation experience, with at least 2 full-cycle projects.
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules, MDF, workflows, and RBP.
• Experience with Mexican HR and legal requirements, or LATAM implementations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Preferred

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll or an integration with a Mexican payroll provider.
• Familiarity with Integration Center, Intelli
