We are searching for a Dispatch Customer Service Rep to join our Transportation team.
Responsibilities
The candidate needed will be working directly with our driver pool, dispatch team, and customer service manager. The candidate will need to understand the forecasted schedule, be pro-active through a strong general oversight to the daily workflow and engage in adjustments that present themselves as the day goes. This team member will be a part of how successful our dispatch schedule can become.
Qualifications
3 yrs in transportation logistics.
Must have experience with a WMS and or TMS.
Must be able to pick up and recall information quickly.
Must be bilingual: English and Spanish
Strong moral character that helps build trust among your coworkers.
