Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our retro video gaming eCommerce business in the US market.

You should have strong hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and social media management, with the ability to turn marketing activity into qualified traffic, customer acquisition, and sales. Proven experience targeting US customers is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies. Optimize product pages, collections, and blog content to improve search visibility, organic traffic, and sales.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns. Handle keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, budgets, and ongoing testing.

Manage Microsoft Advertising campaigns, Bing Webmaster Tools, and relevant business accounts to expand visibility and customer acquisition.

Distribute and promote our video content across YouTube, Instagram,



Facebook, and TikTok. Improve titles, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and posting strategies to grow organic reach and engagement.

Maintain content calendars, publish consistently, engage with the community, and build an active audience of retro gaming enthusiasts.

Manage and optimize video and product advertising on relevant social platforms, including audience testing and retargeting.

Manage product advertising feeds and Google Merchant Center, and coordinate improvements to product pages and landing pages.

Monitor conversions, revenue, ROAS, acquisition costs, organic performance, and social engagement. Provide clear reports with practical recommendations.

Work with our designers, video editors, content team, and developers to deliver effective campaigns for US customers.
